Maui started as a poke concept and has evolved, driven by the creativity of our culinary team, to feature a diverse menu that includes maki rolls, sushi burritos, nori tacos, and more.
Inspired by the flavors of Hawaii, we carefully select the finest ingredients from both land and sea, ensuring every dish is fresh and bursting with flavor. We prioritize sustainability by working closely with our suppliers to maintain our commitment to responsibly sourced seafood and other quality products.
As advocates for plant-based ingredients, we proudly offer a vibrant selection of vegetables on our menu. As a chef-led food business, we are dedicated to delivering superior ingredients without compromising on taste.
The Maui brand, developed by Hospitality Ventures, is available for Dine-In and delivery in Riyadh, and delivery only concept in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

We put a lot of pride in our bowls and we’re passionate about using the best quality, most wholesome, mindful and uncompromising ingredients we can get a hold of.
